    I was going to say the same thing Sid did. You also got a shot of about 30 or more ants. The plant must be loaded with sweet sap.

      Actually, there are butterfly species that have a symbiotic relationship with ants. But this species actually feeds on ant larvae. That’s one of the reasons I was so excited about this shot. There are only a few carnivore species and this is one. There is another in Tyler, that I’ve never found so far. I’m gonna find it this year!!!!
